Pacific Beats

Yesterday me, some year fours went to In Our Beat and the choir came to. The choir performed songs like, Over the Rainbow, Kiwi Summer Dream, Burn and Can't Stop the Feeling. The Pacific Beats Group did a sasa, the Lava Song and Nesian Mystic. On the night I was nervous and happy. After we felt amazing and tried. All in all, it was fantastic. by Gus     

Climbing High

On Saturday I had a climbing competition and I came 1st which means I am the best primary school climber in Auckland.The rules are that there's 15 climbs and each climb has a certain amount of points. The hardest climbs have more points than the easier climbs. I got 57 points. In the finals we did a grade 21 and it was quite hard. Next year I'm going to try get into nationals.

Basketball.

Today we did basketball in the music room because it was raining outside. Our coach was called Malek. At first we learnt to dribble and tackle the ball. Malek said when there was only 3 weeks to go when we could have a game . I can't wait to do it again . by Gus 

Skiing In The Holidays

On the 2nd week of the school holidays I did a skiing holiday programme so know when I go from the top I can go on the jump. I was in the dark blue team but it was to easy for me. On the last day we got chips and pizza for lunch. I told my dad I didn't get much even, though I did get a lot so after we got McDonald's. I had a amazing time so I hope we could do it again. By Gus

My favourite plant!

Room 10 is working on creating memory posts about places that are special to us at Grey Lynn. Our lower building will be demolished soon to make room for the new building...but we want to document before it's forgotten! We are sustaining our memories!



This bush will get knocked down this year and I want it to be remembered for a long time so please remember this bush because it's pretty and it's been here since I started school. thank you. Gus and Torin
