Ipad, Ipads...we've been using our iPads!

We have created a Room 13 news programme called GLS LIVE, where we listen to a podcast from the BBC on Mondays and we choose stories we like and re-tell them using our own words.

WALT listen to information and record the important facts.

    well done room 13 i enjoyed watching your video. Sometimes it was a bit hear some people. I am looking forward to hearing your first podcast. Do you like using the ipads?

    I am so jealous that you are using ipads in your class. I am looking forward to hearing some of your re-tellings. In your video most of you spoke clearly but some of you were a bit hard to hear so you need to speak up a bit. Other than that you did a really good job.

    We liked how you told us the sequence of how you report World News. It must be fun using the ipads, are they easy to use? We were wondering if your class could join us one day and show us the ipads. Kerry thinks listening to the podcast would be better than having to read the newspaper each morning.
