Thank you for winning a medal in the Olympics even if its silver but it's New Zealand gold. We love you all the same even if you didn't win the gold. At least you tried your hardest with all the pride you hold. I know you had a set back but does it matter? No. It matters that you tried. You are my champion and besides, you could win in Rio.

Kia ora Jack,
ReplyDeleteYou have written a great letter of encouragement.
Hi Jack,
ReplyDeleteI agree with your comments winning any medal at the Olympics is amazing. I think Valerie Adams is a talented and inspiring athlete and like you I hope she will give it another 'shot' in Rio.
A letter like yours would certainly cheer Valerie up Jack. She worked so hard and put her heart and soul into winning Olympic gold. She was crushed when she lost to Nadezhda Ostapchuk of Belarus. Nadezhda blew everyone away didn't she Jack, she did extremely well. What amazing athletes! What incredible commitment!
ReplyDeleteWOW that is so awesome and true valerie is an a amazing athlete and will be touched by your words of wizdom we agree that she did a amazing job
